Responsible for remote monitoring and control of the global fleet of Fuel Cell Plants from the Remote Monitoring and Command Center in India.
Essential Functions:
- Remote Monitoring and Control of the Fuel Cell Plants
- Work in 8-hour shifts - either during the day or night
- Communicate & Support Field Service Engineers during commissioning, troubleshooting etc and Product Quality testing team
- Escalate failures per established procedure
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
- Good at Diploma subject fundamentals
- Basic understanding of working safely with fuels (methane, propane, etc.) and high temperature applications
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, plumbing, valves and valve operation
- Experience in basic Software such as Windows OS, MS-Office
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Additional Skills / Knowledge Preferred:
- Knowledge of DCS / SCADA environment is preferred in case of experienced candidate
Education:
- Polytechnic diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Energy Systems Engineering/ Electrical
Experience: 2 - 4 years relevant experience
