We are looking for a Senior Manager, Accounts Payable to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to our US Controller and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.

Role Summary

Operational leader responsible for global Accounts Payable and T&E operations, ensuring accurate payments, strong controls, and scalable processes while supporting close, audits, automation, and global growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense (T&E) operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements across U.S. and international entities
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing through strong operational controls, clear SLAs, and performance metrics
  • Own AP and T&E SOX controls; support internal and external audits, walkthroughs, testing, and remediation
  • Partner with Accounting on month‑end close, including accruals, reconciliations, subledger‑to‑GL accuracy, and issue resolution
  • Manage and develop onshore and offshore teams; establish accountability, coaching, and scalable operating models
  • Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and P2P/T&E system enhancements to support growth and efficiency
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, HR, and Internal Audit to resolve issues and improve end‑to‑end processes
  • Support global expansion, policy standardization, and ERP or finance transformation initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting Operations, including 2+ years in people leadership roles
  • Experience supporting operations in a SOX‑compliant, public‑company environment
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and AP/T&E automation tools (Oracle Fusion preferred)
  • Solid understanding of procure‑to‑pay processes, internal controls, and audit requirements

Salary Ranges:

$141,900.00 - $204,100.00
