At Lyten Poland, we are looking for a Warehouse Operator who will play a key role in ensuring smooth and safe warehouse operations within our growing production environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing warehouse processes in line with ERP systems, internal procedures, and Health & Safety standards, ensuring uninterrupted material flow and operational efficiency.

You ensure that materials, components, and finished goods move seamlessly through our facility — safely, accurately, and on time. Your precision and ownership directly support production continuity and shipment reliability.

What you’ll do:

  • Operate forklifts (UDT certified) in daily warehouse operations

  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries

  • Manage stock movements between warehouse and production areas

  • Ensure continuous material availability for production

  • Prepare finished goods for shipment

  • Operate and update the ERP warehouse management system

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and participate in stocktaking

  • Follow internal procedures and HSE regulations at all times

  • Report safety observations, improvement ideas, and non-conformities

  • Support additional operational tasks assigned by the Manager

What you bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse role

  • Valid UDT forklift license (required)

  • Readiness to work in shifts, including night shifts

  • Communicative level of English

  • Experience working with ERP / Warehouse Management Systems

  • Knowledge of ADR regulations is an advantage

Minimum salary for this position starts at 5400 PLN gross.
