We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, partner closely with business leaders, and continuously enhance our hiring strategy and candidate experience.
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Lyten Poland is a seasoned, hands-on recruitment professional who drives full-cycle hiring in a fast-scaling environment. This role plays a critical part in building the teams that power Lyten’s growth and innovation journey.
You will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and global stakeholders to translate workforce plans into clear, data-driven recruiting strategies. From intake to offer, you will lead sourcing, stakeholder alignment, interview execution, and support hiring decisions—ensuring an efficient, compliant, and exceptional candidate experience aligned with Lyten’s mission and values.

Talent Strategy & Continuous Improvement
Execute recruitment strategy aligned with business needs and company standards
Advise leaders on workforce planning and market insights
Analyze TA metrics and present monthly reports with actionable recommendations
Identify and implement improvements in recruitment and onboarding processes
End-to-End Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment in line with company standards
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring priorities
Proactively source active and passive candidates
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage assessments
Prepare and extend offers, including remuneration negotiations
Ensure smooth process delivery through to onboarding
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Build strong, trusted relationships with Hiring Managers
Provide guidance on structured interviewing and cultural fit assessment
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
Maintain transparent and timely communication with candidates
Represent the company at networking events and job fairs
Strengthen long-term relationships with talent communities
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to internal standards
Maintain ATS accuracy and recruitment documentation
Oversee onboarding data and recruitment reporting
Educational background and previous experience required for the role.
7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-growth technology, manufacturing, energy, or deep-tech environments, across both agency and in-house/corporate settings.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, local job boards, referrals, and networking.
Experience hiring across technical, operational, and leadership roles, including exposure to executive recruitment and contractor hiring models.
Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent market dynamics, and recruitment strategy.
Advises and partners with HR, hiring managers, and senior leaders on recruitment strategy and hiring decisions.
Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews, travel, and logistics.
5+ years of experience with ATS systems and GDPR-compliant recruitment documentation.
Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to operate in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in HR, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
Fluent in English and Polish
Proven track record in proactive sourcing and talent pipeline strategies.
Experience in building university partnerships and internship programs.
Exposure to workforce development and community engagement initiatives.
Experience supporting recruitment in manufacturing and advanced technology environments.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruiting analytics and ATS systems, preferably Workday.
