  • Act as the operational point of contact for delivery status and shipment planning

  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order readiness, dispatch dates, and documentation

  • Resolve operational issues that could impact deliveries

Spare parts supply coordination

  • Process spare parts orders with high attention to accuracy and lead time transparency

  • Check parts availability and coordinate replenishment with Purchasing

  • Organize shipments with correct packaging, documentation, and transport selection

  • Track delivery performance and identify delays or inventory constraints

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service teams

  • Monitor KPIs such as delivery accuracy, logistics costs, backlog levels, and export performance

  • Support continuous improvements across supply chain processes

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, outbound logistics, export operations, or order management (manufacturing or energy/technology environment is a plus)

  • Understanding of international logistics, export processes, and documentation

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

  • Strong coordination and communication skills with both internal teams and customers

  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • Very good English for daily communication and documentation
