At Lyten Poland we are looking for Supply Chain Specialist to manage outbound logistics and export processes for complete Battery Energy Storage Systems. You’ll act as the operational hub between production, logistics providers, warehouse teams, and customers, ensuring deliveries leave on time and without surprises. You will also coordinate spare parts orders, making sure customers receive the right parts when they need them — with clear communication and full visibility.
What you will do
Outbound logistics & export for BESS systems
Coordinate end-to-end outbound logistics for ready BESS systems, including export documentation and dispatch planning
Work closely with Production Planning to align shipment schedules with production capacity
Manage and monitor the customer order backlog, ensuring priorities are clear and delivery commitments are realistic
Coordinate transport with warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics providers
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export control, and customs requirements
Maintain accurate shipment and delivery data in ERP and tracking systems
Customer order coordination
Act as the operational point of contact for delivery status and shipment planning
Communicate proactively with customers regarding order readiness, dispatch dates, and documentation
Resolve operational issues that could impact deliveries
Spare parts supply coordination
Process spare parts orders with high attention to accuracy and lead time transparency
Check parts availability and coordinate replenishment with Purchasing
Organize shipments with correct packaging, documentation, and transport selection
Track delivery performance and identify delays or inventory constraints
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
Monitor KPIs such as delivery accuracy, logistics costs, backlog levels, and export performance
Support continuous improvements across supply chain processes
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in supply chain, outbound logistics, export operations, or order management (manufacturing or energy/technology environment is a plus)
Understanding of international logistics, export processes, and documentation
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong coordination and communication skills with both internal teams and customers
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Very good English for daily communication and documentation
