Job Description:

Role Overview

The role of a Project Scheduler is to lead the project scheduling efforts in co-ordination with the Project Team. The Project Scheduler is developing detailed level 3 project schedules in co-ordination with the Project Manager and project team, utilizing existing schedule templates and project specific requirements and needs. The Project Scheduler is responsible to create the initial base line schedule with regular updates regarding progress and any changes as part of the execution of the Battery Energy Storage projects including schedule analysis and input for potential claims.

The Project Scheduler is supporting departmental efforts for business unit resource planning, cost control and schedule analyzation.

The Project Scheduler will work with the Battery Storage organization based in the Americas, reporting to the Director, Project Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain the Project Schedule in co-ordination with the Project Team
  • Ability to develop and produce a logic tied schedule
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly project schedule reports
  • Develop and issue resource histograms and forecasts
  • Understanding, issuing and development of variance analysis reports of KPI’s
  • Understanding and development of cost and schedule data for baseline schedules as well cost reporting

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree
  • Expert level knowledge of Primavera P6
  • 7+ years of working experience with Primavera P6
  • 5+ years of experience as an Scheduler for EPC projects
  • Experience with development of Project Control Variance Reports
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
  • Demonstrated ability working in a matrix organization
  • Good Communication Skills
  • PMP certification is a plus
