Together, these innovations are making a massive global improvement and driving real-world impact across energy, mobility, construction, and defense.

At Lyten, we believe the most meaningful careers begin with purpose — and with people who want to make a difference. We’re not just developing advanced supermaterials — we’re about to change the world as we know it, reshaping how energy is stored, how products are built, and how progress is made.

We’re entering an exciting growth phase, scaling production across the U.S. and Europe and expanding our team of engineers, scientists, and innovators.

Apply now to join our team and be part of something bigger than yourself — where collaboration, creativity, and purpose come together to build the technologies that will define the next century.

At Lyten, we’re redefining what’s possible in advanced materials and next-generation energy solutions. As we scale our manufacturing operations, we are looking for a Planning Lead who will play a critical role in building a world-class, data-driven supply chain that enables reliable, on-time production in a highly technical environment.

This is not a routine planning role. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, production, and supply chain — turning complexity into structured, executable plans that power cutting-edge manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

You will own the end-to-end planning process, ensuring alignment between demand, materials, and production capacity in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, and capacity to support business objectives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional planning inputs while maintaining calendar discipline and data integrity.

  • Develop optimized production plans balancing capacity, materials, and labor availability.

  • Monitor execution, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive corrective actions.

  • Act as key user for ERP planning processes (NetSuite preferred).

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of production, planning, and material master data.

  • Deliver clear reporting and analytics on production performance, capacity utilization, inventory, and planning accuracy.

  • Partner closely with Procurement, Production, and Engineering to ensure feasibility and execution of plans.

  • Communicate risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies proactively.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, systems, and data quality.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of S&OP, MRP, and structured planning processes.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear decisions.

  • Experience operating in dynamic, fast-paced production environments.

  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with NetSuite ERP.

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, material flow, and capacity planning.

  • Experience with reporting tools or BI platforms.

  • Knowledge of supply chain constraints, lead times, and production workflows.

Who You Are

  • You take ownership and accountability for results.

  • You are proactive and solution-oriented.

  • You value precision and data accuracy.

  • You thrive in cross-functional collaboration.

  • You continuously look for ways to improve processes and systems.

Minimum salary: 10 000 PLN gross
