At Lyten Poland we focus on advanced battery and energy storage solutions. As we launch our battery energy storage system (BESS) production operations in Poland, we are building a strong manufacturing team to support this exciting phase of growth.
To support the start of production, we are currently looking for Assembly Operators to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble battery systems in accordance with work instructions and process standards.
Actively participate in shift start-up and handover, including KPI reporting.
Work in line with the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) methodology.
Perform shift-based Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities, including CIL, process parameter checks, and defect identification to maintain machines in baseline condition.
Maintain 5S standards across the production area and ensure order at the workstation.
Operate and report data using ERP and MES systems.
Actively participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on manual workstations.
Work with hand tools, power tools, and production machines.
Participate in internal trainings related to product knowledge, quality, and processes.
Comply with all safety, quality, and technical cleanliness standards in the operational area.
Organize work effectively to ensure production plan achievement.
Cooperate with other teams to ensure continuity of the production process.
Monitor the production process, identify issues early, and conduct 5W2H analyses.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Preferably experience and knowledge in basic electronics and/or mechanics
Ability to read and interpret schematics, documents, procedure manuals
Basic knowledge of MS Work & Excel
