We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President, Procurement to lead and optimize our procurement function. This executive leader will be responsible for designing and overseeing a scalable, controlled, and efficient Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process that supports operational excellence, financial stewardship, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of operational expertise, procurement systems knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive continuous improvement across the procurement lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals, driving cost efficiencies, risk mitigation, and value creation.
- Establish and maintain a robust and controlled P2P process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and seamless integration between procurement, finance, and operations.
- Lead the design and optimization of procurement policies, procedures, and systems, with a focus on standardization, automation, and scalability.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with key departments including Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to support long-term business objectives and mutual value.
- Negotiate strategic agreements and contracts that support pricing, quality, delivery, and service level goals.
- Monitor and report on key procurement metrics, including spend analysis, savings performance, supplier performance, and policy compliance.
- Oversee vendor risk management and ensure business continuity through effective sourcing strategies and contingency planning.
- Champion a culture of integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement within the procurement team and across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement leadership roles, with a strong track record of designing and managing controlled P2P processes.
- Demonstrated success in leading strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization and with external partners.
- Strong understanding of procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc.) and process automation tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Physical Requirements
- Willing and able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day
