The Transmission & Distribution/Customer Operations Team Leader under general guidance is responsible and accountable for the continuous safe and efficient operations, maintenance and/or construction of the AES Ohio electric transmission system. Prioritizes, directs, monitors, and evaluates performance of the Transmission line group. Prepares, controls, and administers project budgets to achieve maximum business results relating to overall performance, cost efficiency and reliability. The individual will be responsible for administering company policies and practices to ensure that safe, dependable service is provided. The position incorporates planning, problem solving, technical applications and crisis management to improve process performance and to achieve desired results. The position will include other duties as assigned including special projects and assisting with outage restoration efforts.
