The Tax Manager β North America is responsible for overseeing all tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities across the region. This role ensures compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local tax regulations in the U.S. and Canada, while also supporting strategic tax planning to optimize the companyβs overall tax position. The Tax Manager will work closely with finance, accounting, and external advisors to manage corporate income tax, indirect taxes (sales, use, VAT, GST/HST), transfer pricing, and tax audits.

Coordinate, schedule and implement the projects he/she leads within his/her operating area, based on established standards and procedures, developing suitable solutions to errors in approach and specific issues of each situation/internal client.
Sub-function responsible for the organisationβs tax matters and optimising the organisation's tax situation. Its main duties include: the calculation of tax obligations, drawing up of tax statements and the submission of these, investigation, analysis and interpretation for purposes of compliance, planning and tax optimisation.
