What You’ll Do
- Prepare and file monthly state sales tax returns
- Support annual reporting and prepare 1099 forms
- Research tax questions and ensure compliance with federal & state requirements
- Maintain a strong working relationship with our tax consultants
- Assist with month-end and year-end tasks
- Collaborate with Finance leadership on compliance and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 3+ years of tax/accounting experience (1–2 years for Jr. Tax Accountant; 5+ years for Sr. Tax Accountant)
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; exposure to CRM or Concur a plus
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate tax principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- German language skills a plus, but not required
