To join our team as a Support Specialist II to support the delivery of a residential energy affordability and greenhouse gas reduction program in British Columbia. As part of a close‑knit, mission‑driven team, you will work directly with the public to understand their needs, support program applications, and help guide participants toward energy‑saving solutions that improve affordability and reduce emissions.
In this role, you will manage application administration, respond to customer and assessor inquiries, maintain accurate records, and support reporting and inspection coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in customer service or administrative support. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, positive experience for program participants and the successful day‑to‑day operation of the program.

Support application administration processes, including intakes, transfers, cancellations, and assignments.
Prepare and issue information requests to customers and assessors to resolve submission deficiencies.
Accurately document and maintain customer records in internal systems.
Manage and respond to incoming email and phone inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Prepare and maintain reports to track and monitor project activity.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating site inspections.
Perform other related duties as required.
