We're seeking a driven Supply Chain Manager who can take ownership of results and is committed to building efficient, high-quality systems. You'll lead our supply chain function across multiple third-party nursery locations, where you will manage the relationships, procurements, growth, and logistics required to deliver reforestation-ready seedlings to carbon sites.

We are most interested in candidates who have the following experience: - 3-5 years of supply chain management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing supply chains for perishable goods, or time-sensitive agricultural/horticultural operations (nurseries, greenhouses, floral, produce, landscaping, or related fields strongly preferred).
- Proven track record managing multi-location operations (facilities or nurseries).
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and production planning.
- Experience with inventory optimization, management, and demand forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities:- Partnership Management: Manage third-party vendor relationships and partnership matters such as inventory planning, quality control, logistics and cold storage.
- Production Oversight: Responsible for general production oversight, ensuring all nurseries are on track to meet contract standards and the expectations and goals of upcoming carbon projects.
- Logistics and Distribution: Ensure all trees are delivered on time and ready to plant.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all nurseries are complying with Living Carbon standards and regulations as well as reporting and tracking any quality concerns that may impact inventory.
- Problem-Solving and Support: Providing detailed risk management solutions for all aspects of the supply chain.
