  • Coordinate internal teams (Business Development, Engineering, Procurement, Service) to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work breakdown structures; drive cadence of execution across all stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, utilities, and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee and manage third-party agreements with subcontractors, engineering consultants, equipment vendors, and commissioning agents.
  • Lead bid solicitation, RFP processes, subcontractor evaluation, and project budget development for jobs >$50MM.

The Ideal Candidate
  • 6+ years of experience in construction management, general contracting, EPC management, or energy project delivery, including at least 2 years managing projects over $50MM in value.

  • Demonstrated track record managing subcontractors, vendors, and engineering partners under complex contracts.
  • Familiarity with project finance structures, including tax equity, debt financing, and financial close processes, particularly as they apply to distributed energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience supporting or leading distributed energy project acquisitions, including technical due diligence, site assessments, risk review, and integration into broader portfolios.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and representing Scale in customer-facing roles, including managing senior client stakeholders and owners' reps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
