Job Description:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, assessments, and candidate feedback.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Use and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools and recruitment reports.
Develop and apply sourcing strategies through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction programs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to HR projects related to onboarding, talent management, and process improvements in Recruitment & Selection.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in medium or large organizations.
Knowledge of competency-based interviews and assessment tools.
Familiarity with ATS systems and market mapping tools.
Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and decision-making capacity.
Intermediate English proficiency (required for some positions, desirable for all).
Experience in recruiting technical roles or high-volume positions.
Previous involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and metrics.
