We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sourcing Lead (Contract) to drive top-of-funnel talent strategies and lead a team of sourcers in identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional candidates. This role will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to build diverse talent pipelines and support critical hiring needs across Lucid Motors.

This is a hybrid role based out of our headquarters in Newark, CA.
You Will:
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing specialists, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-priority, and niche roles.
- Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring needs, and talent market trends.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean searches, social media, networking, and market mapping.
- Drive initiatives to increase diversity in candidate pipelines.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve strategies.
- Stay current on market intelligence, competitor talent, and innovative sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership on special projects and process improvements.
You Bring:
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience leading sourcing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong expertise with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, etc.).
- Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics to drive decisions.
- Passion for talent acquisition, candidate experience, and team development.
- Background in building diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
- Global sourcing experience across multiple regions and markets.

Hourly Range - $65-80/hour: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
