Shipping Clerk

We employ more than 360 people in R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales roles across the US and Canada. Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, subject to change to help cover areas of the department. Overtime as required.

Job Duties:

• Complete all duties in the shipping office
• Support shipping associates with clerical tasks as needed
• Communicate with internal departments regarding shipments
• Track shipments and resolve basic shipping issues
• Pick, pack and complete common carrier and parcel orders
• Enter shipment details in Kinetic as well as CHR software
  
• Help with customer pickups
• Kit department/Warehouse requests/Kanban reporting
• Follow company procedures for quality and compliance
• Computer/Kinetic knowledge required
• Prepare International Documents for Shipments
• File Freight Claims
• Schedule all RMA returns
• Communicate with carriers daily for correct and timely shipments
• Monitor daily reports
• Lift at least 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
