Job Description:
The Service Operations & Maintenance Supervisor
Provides on-site engineering and technical support for company products. This may include a variety of troubleshooting of systems and software. Ongoing activities may include equipment maintenance, systems upgrades, stress testing and necessary systems repairs. May coordinate with regional technical support centers for remote diagnostics and assessment.
Job description
Remotely manage the BESS system (battery, inverter, transformer, etc.):
a. Identify issues, diagnose the system, and analyse risks.
b. Develop and implement solutions for hardware and software using company platforms, tools and libraries.
c. Plan the maintenance/repair process, including timeframe, spare parts, and documentation.
d. Continuously improve system performance.
