The role
The Customer Operations team at Chooose is responsible for helping our large enterprise partners succeed with their use of the Chooose platform. We manage all phases of the partner lifecycle, from BD handoff and technical implementation through to customer success, renewal, upsell, and expansion.
As a Technical Implementation Manager, your role will be to ensure that new deployments of the Chooose platform are delivered with speed, efficiency, and quality. You will rotate across active implementation projects while working closely with our Partner Success, Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams. You will work to deploy a variety of configurable and customizable enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) products serving our partnersβ own internal teams and customers in the B2B and B2C segments.

Compensation will be based on experience and skill, commensurate with market rates, and will include both salary and equity in Chooose.
