We're looking for a builder who is highly organized, deeply technical, and thrives on speed and direct impact.
Experience: We are looking for 6-10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on hardware, manufacturing or deep tech roles. Start up experience is a major plus.
Technical Acumen: You must be able to understand technical specifications, assess engineering skill sets, and intelligently articulate our technology to candidates without needing a technical hiring manager to translate.
Mindset: Exceptional organizational skills, resilience in a tight talent market, and a relentless drive to close difficult searches. You must be comfortable with the entire talent funnel, from initial sourcing to post-hire follow-up.
Tool Stack Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and various sourcing tools.
