About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help scale product delivery and execution as Greenplaces grows. This role is execution-heavy and hands-on. You will own PRDs, manage the backlog, partner deeply with Engineering and Design, and help bring more predictability and rigor to how product work ships.
You will work closely with the VP of Product and Tech, mentor a mid-level PM as a player-coach, and help shape how product management is practiced across the team.
This is a senior individual contributor role with strong influence, not people management.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end ownership of PRDs, from problem framing, the discovery process, product delivery, tracking adoption, and collecting customer feedback afterwards
- Backlog management, prioritization, and ongoing refinement
- Day-to-day product execution within a Scrum-based process
- Strong partnership with Engineering Director & leads to drive predictable delivery
- Cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sustainability, and Leadership
- Clear articulation of scope, tradeoffs, and sequencing
- Medium-term vision for features or product areas you own
How You’ll Work
- Operate within Scrum while adapting process pragmatically for a small, scrappy team
- Focus on outcomes and delivery predictability, not process theater
- Partner closely with the VP of Product on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving problem spaces
- Mentor and support a mid-level PM, raising overall PM craft and consistency
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Product output is more predictable and easier to plan around
- PRDs are consistently clear, actionable, and aligned with engineering needs
- Backlogs are healthy, prioritized, and well understood by delivery teams
- Engineering partnerships are strong and low-friction
- PMs across the team are more aligned, confident, and effective
About You
- 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated senior-level impact
- Strong experience working in Agile, Scrum-based environments
- Proven ability to own execution, not just strategy
- Excellent backlog management and prioritization skills
- Comfort working in ambiguity and scale-up environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to balance short-term delivery with longer-term feature thinking
Technical and Analytical Skills
- Solid understanding of how APIs work and how systems connect
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers on technical tradeoffs
- Strong working ability with spreadsheets and light data manipulation
- Ability to reason about data, workflows, and reporting requirements
Nice to Haves
- Experience with sustainability, compliance, or regulated product areas
- Background in B2B SaaS
- Experience helping teams mature their product practices during growth
- Some experience with coding and/or basic understanding of SaaS infrastructure
- Bonus: Experience with sustainability, compliance, or AI products
Working Model
- Title: Senior Product Manager
- Reports to: VP of Product and Tech

- Remote candidates considered
