14569 - Senior / Principal Renewable Natural Gas Engineer (onsite, travel up to 40%) - Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Drive from office to office or attend workshops
May have to visit RNG plants
Required:
• Experience with RNG, LFGTE, power generation, or similar industrial/process environments (5+ years).
• Experience with Plant operations, maintenance practices, and industrial equipment systems.
• Experience with CMMS platforms (preferably Maximo) and maintenance program management.
• Experience with Leading troubleshooting and resolving complex operational issues.
• Experience with Supporting plant startup, commissioning, or operational readiness transitions.
• Experience with Managing multiple sites and priorities in a field-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related) from an ABET-accredited program.
Preferred:
• Experience with RNG or landfill gas operations.
• Experience with Leading maintenance, reliability, or outage programs.
• Experience with Compressors, gas treatment systems, flares, and related equipment.
• Experience with Supporting commissioning and startup of industrial facilities.
• Experience with Six Sigma or continuous improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI).
Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical support to RNG and LFGTE plant operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance.
• Monitor plant systems and gas collection networks to optimize gas yield, quality, and uptime.
• Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for operational and equipment issues.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance plant reliability and production.
• Lead development and optimization of preventative and corrective maintenance programs across RNG assets.
• Utilize and enhance Maximo (CMMS) for asset management, work order execution, and maintenance planning.
• Partner with site teams to improve maintenance execution, outage planning, and long-term asset reliability.
