To join our team as a Senior Operations Analyst. This role ensures the smooth delivery of projects and programs across the organization by owning data quality, metrics, and reporting; facilitating cross‑functional coordination; and driving process definition and continuous improvement. You’ll analyze complex program data to produce professional, compliant reports, define and track KPIs within core business systems, and lead special projects, often stepping in as a team lead, to support shifting priorities. While primarily internal‑facing, the role includes direct communication with clients, customers, and trade allies, and your decisions will materially influence operational efficiency and overall administrative effectiveness.

Exciting candidates will have…
3–5 years of experience as an Analyst.
Post-secondary education in Sustainability, Energy, or Business.
Proficiency in Power BI for report creation.
Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot) for data cleaning and analysis.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience with Salesforce, SQL, or VBA is an asset.
Experience with HVAC or mechanical engineering is an asset.
Must be located in British Columbia.

$32-$35 per hour
