Role Purpose
Own and drive the go-to-market strategy for EP Cube across Europe, with a sharp focus on the residential energy storage segment.
As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and performance management—building brand strength, generating high-quality leads, and accelerating revenue growth in priority markets.
You will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product Management, Corporate Communications, Business Development, and HQ Marketing to deliver fully integrated, high-impact campaigns with clear regional relevance and measurable outcomes.

Core Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute EP Cube’s marketing strategy aligned to sales goals, product roadmap, and global brand direction
- Segment audiences, sharpen messaging, and tailor channel strategy for Italy, Germany, and adjacent markets
Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
- Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, PR, trade marketing, and partner programs
- Manage agencies and vendors to ensure on-brand, on-budget execution
- Equip Sales with localized content, tools, and campaigns that accelerate pipeline conversion
Content & Brand Management
- Develop and localize high-quality content across English, German, and Italian (web, brochures, video, social, sales enablement)
- Safeguard EP Cube’s brand consistency and alignment with global guidelines
Events & Promotions
- Lead trade shows, partner activations, and customer events with Sales and HQ
- Coordinate product launches and regional promotional campaigns
Performance & Analytics
- Define KPIs and own reporting on ROI, lead quality, conversion, and brand impact
- Translate market, customer, and competitor insights into actionable strategy updates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and Corporate Communications to ensure message and timing alignment
- Coordinate with HQ on global campaigns, budgets, and marketing automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (Master’s preferred)
- 10 years in marketing roles within renewable energy, storage, solar, or adjacent sectors
- Proven track record in building and executing B2B/B2C marketing strategies
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, distribution marketing, and lead generation
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Proven success managing agencies, vendors, and event partners
- Strong analytical capability with a data-first mindset
- International experience; exposure to Asian business environments is a plus
Languages
- Fluency in English, Italian, and German are a must
- Additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese) are an advantage
