To join our team as a Senior Marketing Account Manager. Promote CLEAResult’s service lines, capabilities, or campaigns to existing clients and/or new clients in an effort to expand current relationship and continue to present innovation/value. Responsible for the end to end execution of all marketing projects, the Producer team is responsible for coordinating the process as well as the projects initiated by the Account Management team on behalf of marketing clients. Account Management owns the marketing client relationship in conjunction with the Program team, providing marketing strategy and analysis, while ensuring that client requests are fulfilled to optimize marketing budgets.

Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and growing relationships with an assigned group of customers (accounts)
Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities within various territories
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual forecasts) including interpreting data analytics
Develop new business with existing clients, identify areas of improvement to meet revenue targets and/or recommend new and innovative marketing tactics, channels or service line services
Foster client relationships and develop data-driven marketing strategy for a variety of clients and projects
Provide the day-to-day marketing planning, development and execution for a suite of clients
Draft creative/strategy briefs and collaborate with creative and shared services teams to ensure that briefs meet requirements
Partner with agency team members to shepherd projects from conception to completion
Facilitate campaign reviews and filter and translate client feedback
Facilitate projects debriefs, ensuring that learnings are shared across the broader marketing team
Manage day-to-day client requests
Partner with business development to draft proposals and budgets for new business
Mentor less experienced account executives
Collaborate with FinOps and Producers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Manage project code set up and project resource allocation
Assist in meeting agency KPI’s and revenue goals

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferred.
