Support federal government affairs efforts through engagement with members of Congress.

Regulatory Engagement

Monitor and analyze regulatory activity at the Electric Reliability Organization of Texas (ERCOT), the Public Utilities Commission of Texas (PUCT), and other regulatory bodies in SPP states, that impact our fleet of operating projects and our development pipeline.
Partner with internal subject matter experts, including those in Apex’s Transmission, New Markets, and Business Development teams to support project commercialization and execution.
Develop and maintain high-level relationships with ERCOT and PUCT staff.
Ensure coverage of relevant ERCOT working group and stakeholder committees and identify advocacy opportunities.
Manage outside counsel and regulatory consultants.
