Nextracker is currently hiring for a Senior FP&A Manager at our Fremont office to support our Business Unit.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
Build and sustain strong partnerships with business unit GM and cross-functional teams at all organizational levels
Develop and manage the annual operating plan, aligning operational and financial strategies with the organizationโs long-term vision
Prepare monthly financial forecast and develop key performance metrics and tracking to support business reviews
Identify and analyze variances against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year results, proactively seeking opportunities for improvement
Leverage forecasting insights and variance analysis to guide management on cost control, performance optimization, risk mitigation, demand planning, and growth opportunities
Support high-impact special projects, including M&A initiatives and process improvement efforts
Conduct deep financial analysis to provide subject-matter expertise and actionable insights
Create and deliver presentations featuring detailed analysis, clear action plans, and structured decision-making frameworks.
Support ERP migration as needed.
Key Requirements
15 plus years finance experience primarily in Corp. FP&A or BU FP&A
Bachelorโs Degree or above in Finance or related field
Experience in manufacturing industries and understanding cost drivers to influence strategies and decision making
Experience in managing long-range plans and monthly forecast/reporting
Excellent financial modeling and data mining skills
Expertise in systems such as NetSuite/other ERPs, Hyperion and Anaplan
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various Exec management levels
Team player and can work well cross-functionally
Understanding Capex and software capitalization
Previous experience in a Senior Finance Manager or above role

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000.
