- Part Number & document number creation in PLM tool
- BOM structuring & revising in PLM tool
- ECR/ECN review for completeness, product impact and customer impact (internal and external) then routing to approval
- Converting ECR into changes notices (ECN/DCN/MCN), assigning the tasks to NPI engineers
- Once ECN is released, assign tasks to relevant team members to work on implementation
- Conducting Change implementation meeting with cross functional teams
- Sharing the released changes and documentation with the contract manufacturers
- Tracking the implementation of changes at contract manufacturers
