  • Cost Target Development
  • Develop forward-looking cost targets using:
  • Market analyst data
  • Internal transaction data (e.g., historical procurement data)
  • Customer and project feedback
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and other teams to solve complex problems and ensure communication of key information
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for key workstreams
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including high-visibility projects with executive audience
  • Exhibit strong leadership, diligence, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Educational background in engineering, finance, accounting, economics, or similar quantitative field
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree + 4-6 years of experience or Associate’s degree + 6-8 years of experience in market intelligence, market/data analysis, cost modeling/forecasting, procurement, or supply chain strategy
  • Background in energy, battery systems, or industrial manufacturing preferred
  • Familiarity with raw material indices and market intelligence platforms (e.g., S&P Global) preferred
  • Understanding of battery supply chain cost drivers is a plus

Additional Skills

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to interpret ambiguous data and market narratives into actionable insights
  • Experience building and maintaining analytical models for pricing, forecasting, or cost analysis
