Job Description

This role is responsible for two key areas: People Analytics and Equity Administration.

People Analytics - working closely with the CHRO and Head of Total Rewards, develops and delivers data-driven people analytics and insights, and recommending action based on data trends. This includes turnover and retention, compensation, benefits, employee engagement and performance, and retirement. Additionally, work with total rewards and finance on validating annual compensation performance metrics. Ultimately, development of a dynamic HR data dashboard that reflects the data and HR metrics that provide strategic value toward enhancing X-energy’s Employment Experience.

Equity Administration – Working closely with the Head of Total Rewards, manages all equity administration, including tracking of grants, vesting schedules, forfeitures, share availability, proxy support, and award agreements and plan documents through X-energy’s Stock Administration Platform.


Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with each HR leadership team member to review the current state of data analytics, and work to centralize all HR data collection and analysis. Work to understand the HR data needs, and develop solutions to deliver high quality data analysis in a timely fashion.
  • Build relationship with IT to coordinate on data management capability, access, and deployment.
  • Work with HRBPs to develop and deliver standard data for their businesses, as well as respond to ad-hoc data requests
  • Leveraging Ai and other company resources, combined with experience, to provide data-driven solutions that enable better and more informed decision making, and ultimately better equip HR and the business to perform their functions in a more timely and efficient manner
  • Manage X-energy’s stock plan administration, and serve as the central resource for participant and leadership questions related to their equity plans
  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations related to equity plans, working with our 3rd party administrator, and support total rewards, finance and legal on the data needed for various required SEC filings.
  • Support the Compensation Committee data requests, working with the CHRO and head of total rewards, on burn rate calculations and annual stock plan budget preparation
  • Work with head of total rewards and legal on preparation of various tables for the CD&A and annual proxy preparation
  • Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Profile Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; Masters Degree a plus.
  • 3+ years in Stock Administration for a public company required, preferably utilizing either Fidelity or Morgan Stanley stock administration platforms.
  • Experience as a compensation or financial analyst is desirable.
  • Working in a fast paced environment, with some ambiguity, and dealing with multiple priorities.
  • Excel and Powerpoint expert level preferred.

Location: 530 Gaither Road, Rockville, MD
Work Site Expectations: at least 4 days per week in office

Travel Expectations: 40% as needed

Hours: standard office schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Mon-Fri

Compensation

As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.). Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them. Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions. Please note that compensation ranges listed for US job postings reflect base salary only and do not include benefits or other incentives.

A reasonable estimate for this position at the level of experience required is:

$81,543 - $135,905
