Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with proven global exposure in managing Travel & Expense (T&E) operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP and Concur, coupled with strong knowledge of the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, including invoice processing and payments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can streamline processes, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence across international markets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee global Travel & Expense operations, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Administer and optimize SAP and Concur systems for expense reporting, approvals, and reimbursements.
• Handle the end-to-end AP cycle, including vendor invoice processing, validation, and timely payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency in T&E and AP processe.
• Support global stakeholders with training, reporting, and issue resolution.

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Global experience in managing Travel & Expense operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and Concur platforms.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor management, and payment cycles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
