This role accelerates sales by supporting Energy Advisors with administrative tasks. You’ll be the trusted source of data organization and integrity across our internal systems. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales and Operations, ensuring information flows smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working behind the scenes to support revenue-generating activities.

What you’ll do:- Maintain accurate administrative setup and data integrity across internal systems
- Collaborate with Advisors to review, update, and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Prepare and deliver system-generated client reports
- Communicate directly with small- to mid-sized clients regarding minor energy contract requests and updates
- Provide inbox and communication support
- Coordinate with the Pit Crew (Operations) to resolve customer service issues, ensuring a positive client experience
- Coordinate meeting logistics and scheduling, ensuring details are handled smoothly
- Support the Sales and Operations teams by managing administrative tasks that improve efficiency and reduce process gaps
- Provide occasional office administrative support as needed
What You’ll Bring- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales support, operations, client services, or an administrative role
- Experience working within CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Comfort working with data and internal systems, and keeping information clean and accurate
- A naturally organized, detail-oriented approach to your work
- The ability to manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with both teammates and clients
- Energy industry experience is a plus
- Ideally based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area
