The Nextracker Sales Operations Analyst will be based in Hyderabad, IN. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding, documenting, and analyzing business processes and requirements. Your responsibilities will include working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinating with development teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Business Analyst works closely with the Sales Operation Project Product owner to ensure that the project is meeting the expected timeline.

Sales Process Optimization:
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the sales process, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with sales leadership to streamline sales workflows and implement best practices.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper usage of CRM and other sales tools, and support with training when necessary.
Sales Enablement:
Support sales enablement efforts by ensuring the sales team has access to the right tools, content, and training to be successful.
Assist in onboarding new sales team members and provide ongoing support with sales tools and processes.
Process Documentation:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between Global Sales team and cross functional team for requirement alignment, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Provide regular updates on issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
Data Analysis:
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and recommendations.
Work closely with data analysts to ensure data quality and accuracy for decision-making.
