ACCIONA, through its Facility Services division, is seeking two Sales Managers to drive business growth in the United States, with primary location in Dallas, Texas.

This is a key opportunity to join a global leader in sustainable infrastructure and services, and to contribute to the expansion of our operations in the U.S. market.

We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven Sales Managers with solid experience in the facility services industry to lead business development efforts in the United States. These roles will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with key clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand the facility services business in the U.S.

- Identify and approach new B2B opportunities, focusing on mid-to-large size companies.

- Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure successful service delivery.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Achieve sales targets and provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Colaborar y apoyar en los proyectos llevados a cabo por su unidad de negocio/departamento, de acuerdo a las directrices dadas por su responsable, a fin de mejorar con su trabajo tanto los procesos de toma de decisión como los de ejecución del proyecto y aportar con su desempeño profesional valor añadido al cliente interno.

Son responsables de identificar problemas estratégicos internos y externos que pueden afectar al crecimiento y a la rentabilidad de la organización. Las actividades incluyen: identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, innovación del modelo de negocio, y facilitar iniciativas transversales entre unidades de negocio; seguimiento de tendencias del mercado a medio/largo plazo, recopilación de datos de la competencia para contribuir a las discusiones estratégicas de planificación comercial; identificar y desarrollar modelos de ingresos óptimos (revenue management), canales de distribución, precios, y estrategias de desarrollo de nuevos productos; identificar y negociar partnerships estratégicos incluyendo acuerdos financieros, intercambio de clientes, y derechos de propiedad intelectual; priorizar y rastrear inversiones a través de nuevas iniciativas de desarrollo de productos, y todo ello soportado con un análisis exhaustivo de la información para poder tomar las mejores decisiones posibles.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Minimum 3- 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within facility services, janitorial, maintenance, or integrated service solutions.

- Track record in developing new markets, preferably within the U.S.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Proactive, independent, and goal-oriented.

- Willing to travel domestically as required.

- Knowledge of U.S. service contract regulations or RFP processes is a plus.
