To join our team as a Bilingual Residential Energy Auditor who is based in the Wenatchee/Leavenworth WA area or Chelan PUD area.
In this role, you will serve as the local program representative, conducting energy efficiency audits and inspections for income-qualified customers. You’ll travel extensively within your territory to perform home energy assessments, develop scopes of work, and ensure quality installations. When not in the field, you’ll manage customer and contractor communications and provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, have basic HVAC and energy efficiency knowledge, strong customer service skills, and are comfortable with technology. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain BPI certification are required.

Serve as the on-site program representative, engaging customers and contractors to drive participation.
Travel within assigned territory (up to 70%).
Conduct home energy assessments, including data entry and detailed reporting.
Develop scopes of work with installation recommendations.
Support contractor walkthroughs, bidding, and post-installation inspections for quality assurance.
Manage customer and contractor communications via email and phone when not in the field.
Assist with administrative tasks to support program operations.

Basic knowledge of HVAC, home appliances, and residential energy efficiency.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle (must fit a 4-ft ladder in backseat or trunk/bed).
BPI certification or willingness to obtain.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficient in basic computer and administrative tasks; experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Google Drive.
Reside in Wenatchee/Leavenworth or Chelan PUD area.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in confined spaces.
Targeted Compensation:
$26/h
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.
