  • Partner with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and drive sustainable improvements.

  • Support equipment modifications, installations, and improvement projects to enhance safety, maintainability, and long-term reliability.

  • Analyze equipment performance metrics and develop solutions that improve productivity, reduce downtime, and extend asset life.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related technical field with experience supporting industrial equipment.

  • Experience applying reliability engineering principles, including root cause analysis, preventive maintenance optimization, and failure elimination.

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with experience supporting manufacturing equipment such as rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, or similar systems.

  • Ability to analyze equipment performance data, identify reliability opportunities, and implement solutions that improve uptime and reduce downtime.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across maintenance, operations, engineering, and leadership teams.

  • Self-driven problem solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Where you'll work:

This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.
