A day in the life of the Regional Manager will include, but is not limited to:
Based out of your home and our sites’ field offices, develop, lead, and support the electrical Team Leads and Land Maintenance Supervisors, as well as their electrical and landscape technicians, in Hawaii. Plan, coordinate and manage the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of field services to AES Clean Energy facilities with a focus on preventative and corrective maintenance and some limited support for ongoing construction activities. Assist the Field Services Manager in planning to meet regional maintenance obligations, including NERC obligations. Work closely with the Field Services Manager, the field teams, Technicians and other parts of the Clean Energy O&M organization to identify and remediate site issues and enhance the operating portfolio’s performance. Coordinate and manage contractors engaged to support maintenance activities.
The successful candidates will have a depth of technical and leadership experience in the energy industry with a solid background in safe and successfully operating utility-scale facilities and distributed assets, as well as a strong understanding of the commercial aspects of energy facilities. The position is based Hawaii and flexible on location within the region and will require regular regional travel to attend to site and team needs.

The total compensation package for this position also includes annual bonus.
