Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Analyst with a focus on Recruitment and Selection to join our team. The professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the hiring of talent aligned with our company culture and business needs. Fluency in English is essential for this position due to frequent interaction with global stakeholders.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for mid and senior-level positions, including interviews conducted in English.
Draft and publish job descriptions on job boards and social media platforms.
Screen résumés, conduct competency-based interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
Lead and participate in interviews in English to accurately assess candidates' fluency.
Develop and implement talent attraction strategies, including partnerships with universities and participation in recruitment events.
Monitor recruitment performance indicators and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process.
Perform follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers on recruitment stages and outcomes.
Conduct admission and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection.
Fluent English (mandatory), both spoken and written, for interviews and reporting.
Strong knowledge of competency-based interview techniques (e.g., STAR method).
Experience using recruitment platforms (e.g., Workday) and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Intermediate Excel skills for recruitment data analysis.
Experience in recruiting for multinational companies.
Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to HR.
Postgraduate studies or certifications in People Management or Recruitment and Selection.
