The Opportunity

 As Quality Inspector I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for all our products. Your responsibilities will include maintaining quality documentation systems, collaborating with various teams to resolve quality issues swiftly, and conducting detailed inspections and data analysis. You will ensure compliance with all operational and safety protocols and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management system and processes.

What You’ll Do

Inspection

  • Inspect and verify electrical systems to ensure installations meet or exceed InCharge Energy and National Electric Code (NEC) standards
  • Adhere to daily inspection quotas and maintain consistency across evaluations

Documentation

  • Complete QA/QC reports and other required daily reports to meet quality standards
  • Document quality incidents with detailed records to support team understanding and resolution of defects
  • Log all inspection observations accurately in designated forms
  • Analyze the existing quality management system, identify issues, and recommend improvements

Communication

  • Create and communicate deficiency reports for installations
  • Audit corrective actions and provide clear feedback to relevant teams

Collaboration & Resolution

  • Partner with Supply Chain and Production teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues
  • Support cross-functional efforts to maintain product reliability and customer satisfaction

Process Improvement & Quality Systems

  • Contribute to optimizing InCharge Energy’s Quality Management System
  • Identify opportunities to enhance quality processes, storage, and distribution workflows

General & Safety Duties

  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all product SKUs
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned

Your Experience and Capabilities

  • 1–2 years of quality inspection or related experience (electrical or EV industry experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and persuasive reports
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional focus on precision and a meticulous approach to work
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and solution-oriented attitude

Physical and Environmental Demands

  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving work requirements; dependable in meeting project demands
  • Physically able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds periodically
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods as required in inspection and warehouse environments
  • Ability to work a regular schedule of four (4) days per week, ten (10) hours per day
US Hourly Range
$23$24 USD
