Department Overview

The Program Management team is responsible for the global program of fuel cell projects and plays a critical role in ensuring that strategic initiatives and complex projects are executed efficiently across Bloom’s organization.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support program managers in planning, tracking, and executing key initiatives and projects.

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and status reports.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.

  • Analyze data and metrics to help assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, and operations.

  • Help identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Contribute to process improvement efforts and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, and/or Mechanical Engineering required.

  • Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in manufacturing, construction, and/or facility maintenance as it related to mechanical assemblies is desired.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-starter and desire to learn new things.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Enthusiasm for collaborating in a fast paced and highly cross-functional environment

Salary Statement with pay range
Bloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this position is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.

Salary Ranges:

$36.00 - $39.00
