Job Description:
· Define and lead cybersecurity architecture and technical strategy across product, OT, cloud, and network environments.
· Serve as the technical authority for OT and product cybersecurity, guiding secure design and engineering decisions.
· Drive security requirements into product development and deployment processes, ensuring secure-by-design practices.
· Lead vulnerability management strategy, risk assessments, and remediation prioritization for Fluence OS.
· Design and oversee secure network segmentation, access control, and monitoring approaches for OT environments.
· Translate cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, etc.) into practical engineering implementations.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cybersecurity and engineering teams.
· Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align cybersecurity priorities with product and business goals.
· Evaluate and introduce new security technologies, automation, and practices to improve overall security posture.
· 12–16+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with significant experience in product or OT/industrial cybersecurity environments.
· Proven experience designing and leading cybersecurity architecture or large-scale security initiatives.
· Strong expertise in network security, OT security, cloud security, and secure infrastructure design.
· Experience securing industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT) environments.
· Deep understanding of vulnerability management, threat modeling, and risk-based security practices.
· Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems and security tooling in complex production environments.
· Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, CIS, or NERC CIP.
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and influence engineering decisions.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and risks to engineering leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
