Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Post-Production Shipping Associate to join our shipping/kitting team. In this role, you will go beyond standard assembly to provide high-quality, customized finishing touches on our products. You will be responsible for kitting components, programming devices, marking/labeling products, and ensuring everything meets our strict quality standards before shipping.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, overtime as required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Kitting & Packaging: Accurately gather, organize, and package specific components, hardware, and instructions into complete kits based on custom order specifications.
  • Device Programming: Load firmware, software, or specific configurations onto electronic components and devices using designated programming software and hardware tools.
  • Product Marking & Labeling: Operate pad print, ink printers, or automated labeling machines to apply part numbers, barcodes, logos, and serial numbers to products.
  • Component Assembly: Perform light mechanical or electronic assembly using hand tools, fixtures, and calibrated equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products, kits, and programmed devices to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance with blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
  • Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of completed batches, track inventory usage, and report any component shortages or defects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, electronic assembly, kitting, or a similar production environment is preferred. Must be willing to be forklift certified
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic computer literacy is required to run programming software and marking equipment. Experience with firmware flashing or automated labeling is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure kits are complete and programming is flawless.
  • Dexterity & Stamina: Good hand-eye coordination for handling small components, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
