To join CLEAResult as a Partnership Manager to lead trade ally engagement across the West Region. This role is designed to accelerate the volume and velocity of custom and deemed energy efficiency (EE) projects by cultivating high-impact relationships with national integrators, regional contractors, and solution-specific vendors. The ideal candidate will act as a force multiplier for our sales and program teams, unlocking project opportunities and driving alignment between regional execution and national strategy.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and prioritize vendors in HVAC, refrigeration, controls, boilers, insulation, lighting, electrification, and decarbonization.
  • Engage with integrated service providers, regional contractors, and niche solution vendors.
  • Build relationships with ESCOs, project developers, financiers, and solution providers in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Formalize partnerships through MOUs or similar agreements to enhance support while maintaining utility compliance.

Engagement & Enablement

  • Host in-person and virtual lunch-and-learns to educate vendors on utility incentive programs.
  • Deliver technical webinars and quick-start trainings to simplify program participation.
  • Provide clear referral guidance and streamlined participation workflows.
  • Launch and refine trade ally enablement packages to support vendor success.

Ongoing Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular engagement with high-priority trade allies across the West Region.
  • Represent CLEAResult at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings.
  • Serve as the primary contact for utility trade ally leadership and regional trade organizations.

Pipeline Generation

  • Identify early-stage project leads through vendor relationships and integrate them into the CLEAResult pipeline.
  • Collaborate with program staff to streamline onboarding and eligibility review.
  • Connect SEM coaches and sales consultants with trade allies to accelerate project adoption.

Strategic Alignment & Internal Coordination

  • Act as the West Region liaison to national trade ally leaders.
  • Ensure regional execution aligns with national strategy, toolkits, and insights.
  • Provide field feedback to refine CLEAResult’s national partnership approach.
  • Strengthen internal cohesion by serving as the single point of contact for regional coordination.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, channel sales, or account management.
  • Background in energy efficiency, facility services, PropTech, ESG/SaaS platforms, mechanical systems, or industrial technologies.
  • Experience with utility programs or sustainability initiatives is a plus.
  • Proven success in territory management and B2B relationship building.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging both C-suite and field-level stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build programs from the ground up.
  • Collaborative and adaptable across cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
  • Organized, persistent, and relationship-driven.

Compensation Range

$121,800.00 - $182,800.00
