To join our team as an Operations Manager.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager with demonstrated experience leading large teams in a structured office environment. This role will lead efforts in documenting processes and driving continuous improvement across the organization. It is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability through clear, comprehensive process documentation and the implementation of best practices.
While this role is primarily remote, the successful candidate must be comfortable operating within an office-based environment and attending the office as required to support team leadership, collaboration, and operational needs.

Lead, coach, and develop a large, office-based operations team (7 direct and 17 indirect reports), fostering accountability, collaboration, and consistent performance.
Effectively manage teams accustomed to structured workflows, formal processes, and in-office operations.
Create, maintain, and enforce standardized process documentation across all operational workflows.
Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness at scale.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in a professional office setting to ensure alignment and adoption of operational processes.
Establish, track, and report on performance metrics to measure effectiveness and continuous improvement outcomes.
Champion continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations across multiple teams.
Coach and mentor managers and individual contributors on updated processes, expectations, and improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Exciting candidates will have…
5–8 years of experience in an operations leadership role within an office or corporate environment.
2+ years of experience leading large, multi-layered teams, including indirect reports.
Proven success managing teams at scale, driving consistency and accountability across functions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Strong Power BI skills, with the ability to design dashboards from scratch (preferred).
Experience in the Energy Efficiency industry (a significant asset).
Post-secondary education.
