We are seeking versatile operators to support Base’s most important partnerships, including our partnership with one of the nation’s leading homebuilders. Partnerships have introduced thousands of homeowners to Base and continue to scale rapidly each week.
As part of our Business Operations team, you will lead various account management, program management, and partner integration initiatives. These efforts span the entirety of Base’s business since we bring our commercial, hardware, software, brand, marketing, sales, and deployments capabilities to each partnership we enter. You’ll be the glue that builds, automates, and maintains the systems and processes that enable us to deliver through these strategic partnerships. On any given day you may be meeting with our partners in person, building software tools to better integrate with their data sharing, automating our repetitive processes that serve our partners, or analyzing our customer pipeline to find opportunities to reach the partnership’s full potential.
What You’ll Do
Build and optimize tools, automations, and processes that support our high rate of growth through partnerships every week.
Design and stand up operations for new partnerships as we go from 0 to 1 on some new channels or other opportunities.
Lead ongoing and one-time analyses to improve ongoing partnership operations, pursue growth opportunities within the partnership, and work around obstacles.
Support standing up new partnerships through field visits, trainings, and tailoring our offering to onboard different new partners.
Fill functional gaps across sales, marketing, deployment operations, and software as needed to support our partners and build out new business operations.
