We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an Operations Analyst to support the delivery of a residential energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reduction program in British Columbia. As part of a close‑knit, mission‑driven team, you will work directly with the public to understand their needs, assess program eligibility, and help identify energy‑saving solutions that best fit their homes. This role combines data analysis, customer support, and collaboration to ensure program success and a positive participant experience.

In this fully remote position, you will analyze program requirements and data, conduct virtual site inspections, respond to participant inquiries, and support ongoing program operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and service‑oriented, with strong Excel and communication skills and a genuine interest in sustainability and energy efficiency.

• Review and analyze program requirements to determine installation eligibility.

• Manage, analyze, and report on program data to generate insights and track outcomes.

• Collaborate with team members to complete program tasks and deliverables.

• Support program participants by responding to inquiries and customer service calls.

• Conduct virtual site inspections in line with industry best practices.

• Support program success by meeting deadlines and assisting with future program needs.

• Use Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF statements) to analyze data, create reports, and improve process efficiency.

• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally; fluency in French, Cantonese, Mandarin, Farsi, Punjabi, or Tagalog is a strong asset.

• Apply knowledge of the “House as a System” concept (asset).

Exciting candidates will have…

• Post‑secondary education in Environmental Studies, Architecture, Science, Sustainability, Accounting, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.

• 1+ year of customer service experience.

• Energy efficiency experience considered an asset.

• Strong Excel skills (IF formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with contractors.
