Lyten is leading an industrial revolution through Lyten 3D Graphene™, a breakthrough supermaterial unlocking a new generation of products — from lithium–sulfur batteries and energy storage systems to concrete admixtures, lightweight composites, and next-generation sensors that are revolutionizing industries. Together, these innovations are making a massive global improvement and driving real-world impact across energy, mobility, construction, and defense.
At Lyten, we believe the most meaningful careers begin with purpose — and with people who want to make a difference. We’re not just developing advanced supermaterials — we’re about to change the world as we know it, reshaping how energy is stored, how products are built, and how progress is made.
We’re entering an exciting growth phase, scaling production across the U.S. and Europe and expanding our team of engineers, scientists, and innovators.
Apply now to join our team and be part of something bigger than yourself — where collaboration, creativity, and purpose come together to build the technologies that will define the next century.
As a Network Engineer at Lyten Poland you will get the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art enterprise networking, datacentre and cloud networking, as well as industrial OT networks on the production floor of Europe’s largest Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing facility. This is a unique opportunity to work with networking solutions that integrate across these multiple domains and evolve towards full automation (“network as code”) of the network infrastructure.
In this role you will collaborate closely with the Global IT team and with our OT and Automation engineers to make sure the network is secure, reliable, and stable, supporting Lyten Dwa and our corporate operations.
Your main responsibilities will be to design, deploy, and continuously improve the network segments across factory production lines, the datacentre, public clouds, , and office sites. You will operate Cisco SD-Access (Catalyst Center, ISE, and Fabric) and Palo Alto NGFW as the foundation of our enterprise and security architecture, and Cisco Industrial Ethernet (IE) switches as the backbone of our production-floor (OT) networks.
You will also own the network monitoring and observability stack based on Grafana and Prometheus — defining the dashboards, alerts, log pipelines, and telemetry that keep both IT and OT operations visible and healthy — and lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis when incidents happen.
You will report directly to the Senior IT Manager.
