As an MBOM Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how innovation moves from concept to the factory floor. This is more than managing a bill of materials—it’s about driving precision, efficiency, and collaboration across every stage of vehicle development. You’ll partner with world-class teams in New Product Introduction, Vehicle Integration, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Planning, and PLM to ensure flawless execution as new ideas become groundbreaking products.

What you will bring: 

· Manage the Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) both in Delmia and SAP

· Understand product attributes and properties to successfully implement across Shops and manufacturing systems

· Understand product and part design and the impact of product maturity changes and its impact on Lucid’s systems

· Understanding of MBOM architecture and attributes to successfully maintain current products and launch of new programs

· Participate in Engineering review meetings to understand the scope of changes

· Update the MBOM per changes driven by Manufacturing Change Actions

· Work with affected teams to understand the critical actions necessary for successful introduction of new features, capabilities, and products, and ensure the MBOM is accurate to Lucid expectations

· Coordinate and effectively run meetings to update stakeholders on MBOM status and newly implemented changes Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering/project management required

· 2 years relevant experience in MBOM management or NPI

· Possesses strong presentation skills and communicates clearly and professionally at various levels both inside and outside the company

· Working knowledge of Catia is preferred

· Working knowledge of SAP is preferred

· Experience in the automotive industry or product design is preferred

· Ability to influence outcomes and drive initiatives in complex environments

· Possess knowledge and experience across multiple functions within product design and manufacturing
