Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Manufacturing Coordinator to manage and maintain all inventory transactions across the U.S. supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely execution of Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Transfer Postings (TP), and other material movements related to work orders, purchase orders, and sales orders within SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or supply chain operations and a deep understanding of SAP inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor all inventory transactions in SAP S/4HANA, including GR, GI, TP, and stock adjustments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of material movements for work orders, purchase orders, and sales orders.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain real-time visibility of inventory levels and transaction history across multiple U.S. locations.
  • Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation and reporting activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance transaction accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on SAP inventory processes and best practices.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track inventory KPIs and support operational decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations with a focus on inventory control.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules.
  • Strong understanding of inventory transaction types and their impact on financial and operational reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Experience in the energy, electronics, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with BESS or related technologies.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
